In honor of Black History Month, CPR will view leadership quotes and compare them with recommendations from the CPR Moral Leadership Coaching tidbit series. Today's quote is from the Honorable Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Dr. King said, "The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy." In other words, the character is most visible during times of adversity. During CPR's Moral Leadership Coaching Tidbit series, episodes #4 and #5 delved into character, that it is foundational, and when your character is mostly on display. If you have yet to view both episodes, this is the perfect time to do it. Both episodes can be viewed in under 1hr.
In 2023, commit to improving yourself as you lead your team. If you desire to be a more effective leader, subscribe to CPR's Moral Leadership Coaching platform on youtube at no cost.
